I'm a new customer trying to set up the pin option on the iPhone app, so then I can do fingerprint recognition, and I've asked it to send my SMS 5 times now and nothing comes through

Hi @mari, I'm sorry to hear. We are aware that there was an intermittent issue with SMS Code yesterday, however this has now been resolved. Can I ask if you have been able to complete the PIN setup as yet?
