Hi there @UNCLE_0025, you will need to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 to have a PAN and Secure Code issued. They're available 24/7 to do this for you.
Once set up, you can log on via www.bankwest.com.au - in the top right corner of the page you'll see the "Login" button Otherwise, you can use the Bankwest Mobile App.
