I have been trying to Setup an estatement to be emailed to me for the past 3 days and I step through the process and at the final confirmation a message comes up that this function is not available at this time and to try again later . Quite frustrating . Any idea when the techos might have this working ?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble registering your account for eStatements Quokka. At this stage, not all of our accounts are eligible to receive eStatements, this may be why you are receiving the error. As we are unable to look up your accounts through the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone. You can call us on 13 17 19 to look into this, alternatively you can chat with us online by logging into online banking using a computer during WA business hours and selecting the orange "chat now" button.
