We can’t stop regular bills from dipping into your savings, but we can stop them eating up your time. Simply use the scheduled payments function within online banking and we’ll make sure recurring payments are taken care of automatically. If you need to alter or cancel a payment, you can do so up until the end of the business day before the payment occurs.
You can set up, edit and delete scheduled payments via online banking or the Bankwest App – details below.
You’re able to select a processing date (today or in the future) and the frequency of the payment (one-off, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, yearly) and decide when that recurring payment will end (specific date, number of additional payments, until further notice).
Select ‘Payments & transfers’ in the left hand menu, then ‘Make a payment’ to create a new one.
If you want to view, edit or delete you’re upcoming payments, select ‘Scheduled payments’.
Open the menu and select ‘Payments & Transfers’ then ‘Scheduled Payments’. From this screen you’ll be able to view, edit and delete your upcoming payments.
You can also select ‘Payment History’ for previous payments.
