I have a scheduled payment which I need to modify. It doesn't come up under manage payments.... I vaguely remember setting it up.

Hi @knick007, thanks for your enquiry. If you are unable to view a specific scheduled payment, it could have already expired, or, it may have been set up as a Periodical Payment directly with the bank. Via the Forum we won't be able to look at your account to see what's happening, however you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance. Alternatively you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week to have this looked into. Thanks!

Hi @knick007, in online banking you can only view and change payments you have set up yourself via online banking. To change any periodical payments you'll need to speak with us either over the phone or via live chat. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat now", or give us a call on 13 17 19 and we can look into this for you. Thanks!
