Hi @Moobird, I'm sorry to hear this.
If you're registered with SMS Code security and are able to access to your registered Australian mobile, you will be able to reset your Secure Code via the "Reset your Secure Code online" link on your Online Banking login page. Once you're in, you can then select the "My Details" tab and reset your Secret Questions. Please note that you'll need to access our full site to do this.
If you don't have access to SMS Code, you'll need to be verbally identified, so we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 to have this resolved.
