I had to goto the bank and reset my secure code but when i tried to log in on my phone, it says error.. i called bankwest again and they reset my code but when i made a new code and tried logging in it says "wrong pan or secure code" what the fk, fix this **bleep**!! I am getting so fed up with you guys, all i want to do is just simply to log in, make a pin and check my balance. Why are you making it so fkn difficult for me.. also please please please get a better phones person, my room was dead quiet and she still couldn't hear me, i really don't want to raise my voice

Hi @Einzz7, I'm really sorry to hear that the app is not currently working with your log in details. If you're getting this error again we would need to reset this for you. I understand you've done this twice now however if you can call us on 13 17 19 our team will look into this and help get you sorted. It may be best to stay on the phone with them while you try to log in. If you have any further issues please let me know.

I'm pretty sure that my secure code is correct because ive noted it down when i made the new code so i don't know i can't log in and i don't want to try again because i will be locked out for trying too much.. so I'll try on my cousins laptop and see if there is any difference.

So i called up that number and tried logging in for them and i am now locked out, now i have to travel to the bank. Thank you bankwest for wasting my time
