Secure code

I entered an incorrect secure code to my online banking so I went to reset my code. When I went to do so it said I had to call instead of getting an SMS code (I am signed up for SMS code but it says I'm not). I called but I was on hold for over 20mins.... How can I reset my secure code online?

Unfortunately significant hold times when calling Bankwest seems to be a given these days.  You never had to hold a couple of years ago, and it seems to be getting progressively worse.

Hi @Kyla, for security reasons if your SMS code is not working, we'd need to speak with you over the phone to look into this.

I'm sorry for the wait you've experienced, however I have just checked with our contact centre and the wait time is currently around 5 minutes, if you give us a cal on 13 17 19 we can help you reset your secure code and ensure your SMS code is active. Thanks!
