The problem is quite simple but im unable to see any sort of contingency on the actual bankwest website itself which id say is definetly a floor in the website design itself - Im unable to change my secure code with anything other than an SMS code, however i don't actually have a phone anymore, i'd love some sort of email option instead of relying on an sms code every time (I need to log on to get my Account number for my employer, so i can get paid)

Hey @Jarred, thanks for the feedback.
If you're unable to reset your Secure Code using the SMS Code security, then you will need to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19. This is because you'll need to verbally identified - email is not a secure means of verification or contact, and we wouldn't send login details via this method. The Contact Centre is available 24/7 for your convenience.
