Secret questions will help keep your Online Banking details safe and secure if you're not registered for SMS code.
Plus, you'll be able to increase your daily payment limits to $5,000.
When a stronger identity check is required, we'll ask you to answer two of your secret questions instead of an SMS code.
You'll be asked to set up four secret questions when you upgrade your security. The first two questions are selected from a menu but you'll be able to write your own questions for the last two.
How do I go about changing my secret questions?
It's important to ensure your secret questions are kept-up-to-date and are not easy to answer! If you ever feel the need to update these, we've made it easy to do.
Your secret questions can be easily changed in Online Banking by selecting change secret questions from the my details & security menu. For security reasons, you will be prompted to confirm your identity before being able to update them. If you have forgotten your secret questions, you can call us on 1300 440 749 for assistance.
