It has been a few days now and I can't seem to get access to the online banking platform. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @drish29 & @Bron66, we're aware of an issue that was affecting Online Banking logins. Can I ask you to completely close down your browser then re-open, and login entering www.bankwest.com.au in the address bar? If this doesn't work, try clearing your Cookies/Cache/Temporary Internet Files, or if possible try a different browser - and let me know how you go. Thank you
