Hey @mickpugs, thanks for your question.

If you're referring to payments you have set up in your Online Banking, you can certainly amend these yourself, by selecting "Payments and Transfers > Scheduled Payments". From there, you can either "Delete" or "Amend" the payment - ie future date it.

If the payment has been set up with the bank directly, you can indeed speak with a consultant to hold the payment (where possible) until a future date. You'd just need to log in to your Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC. Otherwise, you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.

Thanks!

Thanks however there isnt an amend button, you need to change the date but it wouldnt allow because the payment was next day so I had to delete.

You really need a hold button so you can pause these transactions at any time.

Sorry @mickpugs, in this case it sounds like you're referring to a Linked Account Transfer. These can only be deleted and re-created, not amended ("Modify" from the full site, "Edit Payment" via the app). I've passed on your feedback, thank you.
