On the 15/01/2018 there is two payments for Securepark Fremantle for the amount of $45.10. I only recharged my parking card once at the tap and go machine and it only loaded $45.10 once onto my card.
How do do I claim the other payment back?

Hi @Marcia10, it would be best to complete a transaction dispute form (which can be downloaded here) and return it to us via Bankmail so we can look into this transaction. You can access Bankmail by logging into online banking via http://Bankwest.com.au and selecting "Message centre" from the left hand menu, and then "Bankmail".
