I am no longer living in Australia and I need to do some online banking transactions.
However, I don't have an Australia phone number anymore and I am not able to receive SMS codes.
I can receive the SMS codes by email or do you have any other solution?

Hi @Rodrigo, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. We certainly do have a solution for customers who are overseas and do not have their Australian phone with them. We can put an SMS exemption on for you which means you won't need the code however to arrange this we will need to speak with you via phone.
