Hi @pommie560, hopefully I'm able to clarify this for you today.
If you are sending funds to a saved recipient, the SMS Code won't be required. This is only necessary when you are transferring funds to a new and previously unsaved recipient.
If you're trying to make a transfer to a new recipient however the SMS is not reaching your phone, usually switching it off and then back on again helps (really it does!). It's also best to confirm that you have received other text messages on the same day, not using the internet (ie - iMessage on an Apple device uses WiFi and Data, but is not counted as a "text" message as such).
