Is it possible to reverse an online payment I made as I put the incorrect account number in? I’ve only just realized it did not go to the intended account.

Hi @Tiff_mc, thanks for contacting us in regards to this.
If the account details used for the transfer are not linked to any active accounts, the funds should have bounced back into your account within 3 - 5 business days. If this hasn't happened, we can attempt a recall on the payment for you. There is a $12 fee for this, however we're unable to guarantee that the funds will be returned as this is at the discretion of the owner of the receiving account.
To request this, you can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat to us Now" button on your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
