How am I able to reset my secure code, I cannot receive an SMS because my old phone number is linked to my account, am I able to receive the 6 digit code via email instead? Or do I have to call?
i need this sorted out asap as bills are piling up on me

The Security Code is only able to be sent via SMS I'm sorry, so all you'll need to do is update your number You will need to be verbally identified for this to occur, so we would ask that you call our Customer Help Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time.
