I forgot my secure code so I reset it online and it said it had set successfully. So I went to login again and it said it was incorrect! I tried it a few more times and it still said it was wrong...please help! super annoying ;(

Hi @emrox389 I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into your online banking. Clearing your cookies/cache/temporary files, deleting any saved links/bookmarks and ensuring you type bankwest.com.au into the URL bar each time should help with this. If you're still unable to log in, please let me know.

Thanks Meg! I actually just tried resetting it again and it worked the second time. I’ll make note of what you said in case I come across the same problem in the future. Thanks again x
