With a standard transfer, as long as the account details are correct the name is not generally too much of an issue. However, international transfers do have stricter guidelines.
Once the funds have been sent they should arrive within 5 - 7 business days, so if this doesn't occur they will most likely have been returned to the sender. If this happens, they would just need to re-send the funds and ensure that the details are exactly as they appear on your receiving account.
