Hi @mbaker86, thanks for your enquiry. There are a number of factors involved when confirming whether an account can be reopened. For security reasons via the Forum we wouldn't be able to view your customer profile to confirm if this would be possible, however you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday to have this looked into. Alternatively you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. If your account is unable to be re-opened, you can discuss your alternative options with the team. Thanks!
