I have Bankwest Lite MasterCard.I note that you debited annual fee of $59 on 23/10/2018. I have not used the credit card for the past 24 months. Please refund

An Annual Fee is not dependant on the usage of the card sorry - it's based on the Features and Benefits, Credit Card type etc. The fee is outlined upon application, as well as in the Fees and Charges Table, and the Comparison Table on our website. Generally speaking, the fee is non-refundable.
If you would like to look at other card options, including a Credit Card that does not have an Annual Fee, you will be able to do so via the above link. Should you choose to change the product, we will be able to process a Credit Card contract variation. If you no longer use the card, it can also be closed for you.
While we can't access your accounts over the Forum, if you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to discuss this with you further.
