I can't tell if anything I've sent this way has gone throug or not. I've been looking for a way to send you an email regarding what I am doing with my account currently. I'm oversea which makes phoning out of the question. I keep getting emails from you telling me about the transfers and if I know about them. I want to clear it up. Thanks

Hi @Margaret, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Via the Forum we're not able to idnetify you to confirm the transactions however if you can log into online banking via a computer you can live chat with us (chat now button is on the right hand side) 7am-6pm WST Mon-Fri. Alternativly I understand phoning us may be difficult while overseas but we do have a 24/7 international contact number +61 8 9486 4130
