Hey @Lou30, thanks for your enquiry.
For security reasons, and to ensure that our customers are covered by the Bankwest No Loss Security Guarantee, we don't suggest providing your PAN and Secure Code and/or Login details to any third party. Being that this information is required to make a POLi payment, we would recommend making payment(s) by another means.

Bankwest is still listed as an available bank on the POLi website, but in order to use it for payment, it requires my PAN and Secure Code. If Bankwest is not willing to make this available to customers due to the PAN / Secure Code requirement, could you please remove yourselves from POLi? It does not make it a viable method of payment for Bankwest customers.
Hi @MrPepperberry, thanks for pointing that out, we’ll certainly pass it along. We don’t have any agreements with POLi Pay and recommend customers making online payments to do so through the Bank’s own online banking website, instead of any third parties, which will guarantee our customers security.
