What was the outcome of this? I'm having the exact same problem. It's telling me my credentials are wrong when they aren't.
I don't want you to access or discuss any personal data.
Would be great if you could give some advice over this forum without having to ring the call centre.

Hi @Rodnort, I've just looked into this further for you. For security reasons we don't recommend that customers provide their PAN & secure code or log in details to any third party companies, so we don't support Poli Payments, as they require this. I'm sorry we couldn't help further with this.
