Pin for mastercard and secure code

Hello. I have got two issues. I recently opened my account in Bankwest. Today I got my Mastercard, I activated it online and am unable to set a pin code for that. According to instructions I have to login via PAN and secure code, but unfortunately, I forgot my secure code and typed it twice(the probable one) and now it's not accepting it and asking to reset the secure code. For resetting it, I need PAN, debit card number and Pin code as well(that I haven't set yet). So I am stucked. Tried to call twice to the helpline given  13 17 19, but unfortunately, it kept me on waiting for more than half an hour every time. Now, what should I do?

Sorry to hear of the issue you're having here @Mkbajwa89, and apologies for the delay in our reply. 
This will require verbal identification, so if you haven't already spoken to a consultant, you will need to call 13 17 19. They are available 24/7, so you can call at any time Smiley Happy Otherwise, you can pop into your closest Bankwest branch with some photo ID.
