I made 3 payments to a contractor by pay anyone totalling $4900. I've since discovered the contractor is dodgy & has not completed the works as contracted & is refusing to carry out the work. Am I able to have the payments reversed?

Hi @Blueshazz, thanks for your question. Depending on how the payments were made, we would need you to request a recall of funds or a transaction dispute. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone to look into this.
