Hi Team, my other half has registered her mobile number via her Bank West mobile app, it seemed to verify correctly, with the confirmation sms, however, when I enter her mobile number into my Peoples Choice account to transfer her some money, it fails at the verification with the following error.
This PayID requires unsupported Service.
I'm able to use PayID to send and receive from Peoples Choice and ING. Can you shed any light on this?

We're definitely set up to receive payments via PayID, so without seeing the account I wouldn't be able to confirm what's happening I'm sorry - that's quite a strange error!
If you could ask your wife to log in to her Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to take a look at any time, 24/7. Alternatively if she can't access Online Banking, she can give us a buzz at any time on 13 17 19.
