Pay anybody not working on mobile

Pay anybody has stopped working for at least the past 5 days on my android app. It always shuts down the app, stating it's not working after I have input a new recipient's details. Very frustrating. Please let me know when the bug is fixed.

@Mrsspillo: What troubleshooting steps have you tried beyond relaunching the app?

 

It's always good to restart your phone if you're having a persistent issue, and reinstall the app if the issue persists.

 

If you've done all of those steps, and still have a problem, it'll be good for @JustinJ and the mobile apps team to know what Make/Model of phone you're using, and the version of Android installed on your device. This will really assist them in looking further into the issue.

Hi @Mrsspillo, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. As @thewinchester has mentioned, if you could please let us know what type of phone you're using and the version we can look into this. Also can I ask if you have tried closing the app out completely and re-opening? Thanks!

A Nexus 5. Have the latest system and app updates. I have tried turning it off and on again. The phone and app. This has been a problem for a number of days, a variety of different attempts have been made.
