Bankwest has corrupted my online banking and I am now unable to access.

I typed in my correct password which was not accepted and I was denied access.

I do know my PAN.

I am in the Philippines and cannot call your phone number.

My address and email are recorded with Bankwest.

@JohnSwindells: You won't be able to resolve that issue using the forums for security and privacy reasons, so you will absolutely need to call Bankwest Customer Service from overseas on +61 8 9449 2840.

Hi @JohnSwindells, what @thewinchester has said is correct, for security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone.  You mentioned you're unable to call our number, can I ask what happens when you try? Thanks.

I have sent additional replies. I do have a mobile number here in the Philippines, but I do not have international dialling.

The 1300 number you have is for use within Australia, same with 13 numbers.

"thewinchester" provided a standard number, but I cannot call you, see above.

 

I have my email address and for contacting family I use Skype, Viber and Duo.

I am aware advice regarding a statement will be emailled tome today.
