My PAN starts with a zero and when I try to enter it the zero does not register.
All other numbers work and zero works if it is the 2nd number that I type.
This has only ever been a problem starting 26/01/2018 and I am using the same computer and have not changed the setting since last time I logged on.
is there anyone that can help me with this?

Hi the suggestion of the PAN still working if the zero is missed off the front of my pan does not work I cant seem to sign in either - desperate for help please
