PAN that starts with Zero

Posted by cgibsone cgibsone

My PAN starts with a zero and when I try to enter it the zero does not register.

All other numbers work and zero works if it is the 2nd number that I type.

This has only ever been a problem starting 26/01/2018 and I am using the same computer and have not changed the setting since last time I logged on.

is there anyone that can help me with this?

Hi @cgibsone, can I ask if you have tried to log in using the pan without the 0? This should still allow you to log in.
