Im overseas and my online banking login has been frozen because apparently i forgot my password (which i didnt because i had just logged in using it a few hours earlier) and i forgot one answer for the secret questions when i tried resetting the security code and i tried calling the international number and the wait time is 15 minutes!
Pease, is there another way to get someone to help me quick to access my online banking again ASAP without calling because i cant be on hold for that long when im across the world..
