ON 2.10.2017 a mastercard overseas ATM fee has appeared on my transaction account for $5.00. I was not overseas on this date. Can you please explain why I have incurred this fee. Thank you

Hi @udlbon, the Overseas ATM Fee is $5.00 per withdrawal, charged on the first business day of each month. This means if you were overseas during September and made an ATM withdrawal, you'd have been charged the $5.00 fee on October 2, as October 1st was a Sunday. Hope this helps!
