Over Limit Fee

I made a purchase using my Credit Card on the 5th of March of 0.50 cants. There was 0.58

After the Purchase and Cash Advance charges were applied on the 6th of March, my balance was -9,124.18

Then all of a sudden, my Purchase and Cash Advances Fees applied on the 5th and my 0.50 cent purchase appeared on the 6th, which was followed by a $30 Over Limit Fee.

This is wrong. My purchase was made on Monday before the Purchase and Cash Advance Fees came out.

Can I get the $30 fee reversed?
