Working remote in Northern Territory - we have access to internet but no mobile coverage. Station house has a landline. We have access to mobile coverage when we travel into Alice Springs (monthly).
Why can't there be different notification options available when trying to process online banking - e.g. SMS, None, Email.
Technology is wonderful when it works, however, it must be remembered mobile telephone coverage is not Australia wide.

Hi @Fern, I can appreciate being unable to receive the SMS Codes due to being outside of mobile range is frustrating. While we can certainly place an exemption on the SMS Code requirement due to your location, this will reduce some of the functionality of your online banking. If you'd like to have this placed on your account, please give us a buzz on 13 17 19 at any time.
