Whilst your statements are automatically set up from the day your account is opened, you're certainly able to request that these be issued on a different date, therefore changing the frequency and transaction listing dates.
You can have these issued at the end of the month, quarter, every 6 months...there are many more options here
To do this, please log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC. Alternatively if you can't access Online Banking, you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19. Both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
