Just a quick query - I have an existing online business account (with secure PIN etc) and have recently opened a new personal account. Are the two linked under the same log-in? I thought that is how it would work. I've logged in to my original business account but can't see the personal account listed. I have the personal accounts BSB and account number so assume it is active/open?
My questions are:
1. How can I access my personal account online as an existing business account user?
2. Is my personal account definitely open even though I haven't receive any new log-in details?
