Hi @60872497, we're aware of an issue that was affecting Online Banking logins. Can I ask you to completely close down your browser then re-open, and login entering http://www.bankwest.com.au in the address bar? If this doesn't work, try clearing your Cookies/Cache/Temporary Internet Files, or if possible try a different browser - and let me know how you go. Thank you.
