Mum kind of really furious with bank west and can assure you I will be changing banks as soon as possible!
I updated my my app to which I logged in with my pan and a pin, once my app was updated they wanted my secure code.. my saved secure code continued to say it wasn’t a match and insisted I changed it, I had changed my number only a day before the app updated and so then could not receive my text pin to continue with the resetting of the secure code
- which is fine ..
i rang bankwest and told them of my issue all I needed was to reset my secure code as I changed my number and so forth..
they had told me that I will have to wait 10 buisiness days and they would send it in a letter and update my details, I explained I was going over seas and insisted that I needed access before I left, they told me that there was no other option unless I went into the local branch
only to fine MY LOCAL BRANCH HAD SHUT DOWN. !!
I had had no choice but to leave the country with out access until a family member with my convent can show me the letter.
Letter recieved..... as I opened it I was sent a letter with a PIN number. The letter explained to log on with my pan and the TEMPORARY PIN
but i CANT LOG ON WITH A PIN by my app or by SAFARI and still can’t reset my secure code.
