I'm overseas and to pay bills using online banking, I can't receive the SMS code as I'm using different sim. It won't be possible to call customer service from overseas due to extremely high charges. Please help as I need to pay bills ASAP. Thanks

Hi @Aaqk, while you're overseas we can place an exemption on the SMS code requirement - however to do this we do need to verbally ID you. So we can arrange a specialist to contact you to assist further, please send an email confirming your full name, best contact number and current location to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!

I spoke to someone over phone and they applied the SMS exemption on my account however they reassured me that I'll be able to pay bills and make transfers which was the reason I wanted the SMS exemption. But when i tried to make payment through BPay I couldn't and following message popped up:
"We are unable to complete this transaction as we have applied an exemption to your SMS code as requested"
What do I do now as there's no point of getting SMS exemption if I still can't use account to pay bills. Thanks
