Online banking update - v17.2 Release Notes

Another (minor) update of online banking has gone live. Not as much to tell you about as normal, but there's somethign nonetheless.


Temporary card and account lock


  • In the existing 'Manage my cards' section found in the 'Self service' menu there's a new option to apply a temporary card and account lock which saves you having to give us a call or visist a store.
  • You can now lock and unlock your card from both online banking and the Bankwest App.



Other than that great new feature there were the standard bug fixes and performance optimisations.

Good to see that card locking has landed @PeteW. I didn't think it was too far away after a recent Ideas Lab session at HQ Smiley Wink


Kudos to the usual suspects for getting this update out the door.
