Online banking update - v17.1 Release Notes

In the latest (minor) update of online banking we’ve made a few smaller changes to improve the experience for our customers. We’ve got some bigger, more exciting things in the pipeline so stay tuned!

New stuff

  • We’ve updated the colours and styling to align with our new website and address some accessibility issues, ie. Colour contrast. We hope you like it as much as this customer does form our online chat service in online banking.

  • To make it easier for our customers to find useful information, we’ve added some FAQ links to the Bankmail page. These are designed to help with identifying unknown transactions, preparing for banking overseas and getting a better understanding of credit cards.

Small fixes

  • When using an iPad, customers were unable to scroll their eStatements – they can now Smiley Happy
  • eStatements weren’t downloading properly for Android tablets – they are now Smiley Happy

Like I said, we’ve got some bigger and better things in development at the moment so stay tuned for our next release and as always, keep the feedback coming. We always aim to improve/fix things based on feedback from all of you.

Hi @sinman we're aware of an intermittent issue with online banking affecting some of our customers and we're working on getting this resolved ASAP. In the meantime you can access online banking by restarting your browser and clearing your internet cache and cookies.

@Brett can you please try the above work around as I believe the Firefox issue is related to the above, not the update itself?

Online access is broken for me, via firefox and IE.  Clearing cache did not help.

The front page comes up fine, but the login page has broken formatting (all frames are gone) and will not respond to login details.

Please fix!

Thanks

Kai
