Online banking - secure code and PAN mismatch

Hello, I have successfully reset the online banking secure code however I get a mismatch error with the PAN. Any help on why the system doesn't recognise the new secure code? Thanks.

Hi @Sheilarose88, I have just replied to your other post in regards to this
If you're registered with SMS Code security and are able to access to your registered Australian mobile, you will be able to reset your Secure Code via the "Reset your Secure Code online" link on your Online Banking login page. Please note that you'll need to access our full site to do this. If not, you'll need to be verbally identified, so we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 to have this done.
