I have not used online banking in a few days and wanted to check my bank balance, however it won’t let me access my account saying the password has been entered incorrectly too many times. Yesterday I had the sms verification removed as I don’t have access to my Australian phone number, which means I now can not change my online banking pin without a phone call, is that correct? Also, how is it possible my pin was entered incorrectly too many time when noone has access to my online banking except me?
