Hi,

I recently made an oder on what seemed to be a legitament site. I never recived my package.

The company each month takes out a payment until you cancel however the number to cancel is invalid.

Can I block this company from withdrawing money from my account through Bankwest? And if so How?

Thanks

Hi @Karina, I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you've had with this website, it's always disappointing when your online shipping experience doesn't go the way you'd have hopeg! You can complete a transaction dispute form, which can be found on the forms page of our website, under the heading "General Forms". We could also potentially look at cancelling your card attached to these payments and reissue you with a new one. To do this it would be best if you could give us a quick call on 13 17 19 or log into online banking to send us a BankMail message or live chat with us. Thanks!

What does Bankwest do is they are advised that a Bank Account within Bankwest is an account used actively by a Fraudulent Website?

There is a site that is asking people to make direct payments to a Bankwest account. With no intention of supplying the goods ordered, but just taking the money.

Account owner: XXXXX PTY LTD
Account details: BSB: XXX-XXX
Account: XXXXXX

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @Moot, I have passed the details onto our internal investigations teams to look into further.

If you have been effected, or experienced a financial loss in regards to this, you would need to contact your relevant financial institution to request a recall of funds /  transaction dispute and discuss your options. If you are also a Bankwest customer please give us a call on 13 17 19, or message us in online banking so we can look into this.

You can access messaging during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".

*Please note that I have edited your original post to remove account name / numbers for customer security*
