RE: Online Internal Transfers from my Telenet saver a/c to CC a/c
Why is my Telenet Saver account NOT appearing in the list of accounts from which I can schedule an internal transfer to another account? I thought that all online banking transactions were allowed for that type of account, no?

Hi @ghiath, I can certainly help.
The Telenet Saver account is one of Bankwest's Online Savings Linked accounts. This means that any funds you are wanting to send, are first required to be transferred to the transactional account that the Telenet is linked to. The funds will be able to be transferred via a Linked Account Transfer, which is listed under the "Payments and Transfers" subheading in Online Banking. Once the funds have arrived to the transactional account, you will be able to make an Internal Transfer to your Credit Card (if both of these are with Bankwest), or a BPAY (if this is with another Financial Institution).
For security reasons via the Forum we can't view your accounts or provide any personal information, so if you would like to confirm which account is linked to your Telenet Saver, you can attempt to make a Linked Account Transfer, as the receiving account will be shown on your screen. Otherwise you can log into your Online Banking and select the "Chat to us Now" button on screen between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday to Friday, or call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
