I have Just retired and have needed to prove my current account balances when applying for a review for my pension.
I use online banking for all my transactions, but when I want to print out an activity statement it shows the account name but does not show myself as the owner of the account which Centrelink requires.
Is there a way to have my name included.

Hi @manno5, thanks for getting in touch.
Whilst a transaction listing won't show your details, you can request an up-to-date statement be issued to you, which does include your name, account number and address. If you're registered for eStatements, this would be available to view within your Online Banking the following day. Alternatively, you can request an "Interim Statement" be posted to you at no cost, or you can ask that a previous statement be re-issued.
Please note that there may be fees involved for the posting of a redo statement. Whilst both of these statement types will show you all of the transactions on an account from the last statement issue date though until the request date, it's important to note that an up-to-date statement will change your next statement issue date, according to the current frequency in which these are received. Also, an Interim Statement can be issued via the post only, whilst an up-to-date statement is able to be sent via your Online Banking (if you're registered for eStatements).
To arrange this, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19, or you can login to your Online from a PC and select the "Message us Now" tab at any time, they're available 24/7 for your convenience.
Thanks!
