I have got my online banking locked because Bankwest system was down last night, and called back on the 30th Nov to find out. The operator ask me to call back today to find out or to reset. Till now 8:13am, the enquiry number still telling me now is outside the operating hour, ask me to call back during the local time between 8am to 8pm..... How am I suppose to do and trust you guys??
