Notification list

Hi, why are the dates in the notification list of easy alerts (eg: account deposit, low balance, high balance etc...) in the online banking app always wrong? It always displays as having occurred 1 day prior to the date it actually happened and until you click on the alert and go into read it, can then see the correct date and time.

Hi @sjm_22, that is certainly strange, as Easy Alerts are sent in real time.
Other than the device being out of data and/or wifi range (these are required for the alerts to be received) there shouldn't really be a reason for the difference! I'm speaking with our Mobile Team to get some more info here, and will get back to you once I have a reply.

Hi @sjm_22, appreciate your patience here.
The team have advised that this usually happens when there is a time zone change on a device. Updating this back to your current time zone should resolve the issue!
If this doesn't help, please let us know so that we can continue to investigate what this may be.

I’m not sure. I have an iPhone 6 set to Brisbane time. The notifications come through in real time as an alert however it’s the notification list within the online banking. It’s out by 1 whole day though. It shows the 2 hour time difference between Brisbane and WST but the date is always 1 day prior.

It’s more so the date stamp not the time. The times are correct. And it’s only on that initial screen showing the list of alerts. If you need me to send a screen shot please provide an email to forward to.
