If you're unable to access your registered Australian mobile to receive the required SMS Code, an exemption can be placed on this for you. As you'll need to be verbally identified, we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 within Australia, or on +61 8 9486 4130* from overseas.
Once the exemption is in place, you will be able to add a new recipient or biller within Online Banking, using the Full Site. You'll be asked to answer your Secret Questions, in place of receiving the code.
