New Customer - New Account

I created an account last night and received a congrats email with my PAN. Its asking for my secure code however does not accept the password I created last night. Is the secure code something that is generated by Bankwest ? I am heading overseas so need to order a halo ring asap

Hi @nayshannon the Secure Code would've been sent to you as an SMS message. When you first use this, it will prompt you to change the Secure Code to something you'll be able to remember. 

If you're unable to log in, please give us a call on 13 17 19 at any time so we can reset this for you.
